I know, its barely even spring. But, it is sooooo cold. I really want it to be summer so I can be outside and not dressed in turtlenecks and uggs. I want to wear my flip flops and T-shirts.
Some of my bulbs are blooming now, but it seems the recent snow killed my garden. I now, need to start my plants again. I am so tired of the snow. I recently went to the Valley to visit my mom and it was so lovely down there. It was warm and I wore nothing but T-shirts, capri pants and flip flops. I was actually warm.
Chantelle has been accepted to NAU and she will be starting as a Junior this fall. She will be leaving us this summer after she finishes her Associates degree. She is so excited. We are so proud of her. Doug and I will be joining the ranks of "empty nesters", wow, that will be weird.
Thankfully, even with our disastrous economy Doug is working. Not as much as before but we are still able to get by. I have a job interview next week. ugh!
That's about all that is happening here in the Stanger Studio. I am not as eloquent as many of you are at writing or maybe its just because I dont have little ones at home. So, I just don't have a lot to say. No vacations or exciting holidays coming up or happened in the recent past. We have just been here working and being boring people. Oh well
