Amtrak in a small town in NM called Lamy

Doug and I took a roadtrip for our anniversary and ended up
in a town called Lamy, NM - I thought the old time train we
took was just going to this little town for a scenic trip and
a little history about the rail system in old america.
Anyway, while there an Amtrak train came by and picked
people up. I was shocked I did not know this still happened
and this train depot in Lamy was not just for looks, it was real.
It had bars on the windows to keep outlaws from stealing
money from the train workers. It was really old and original
inside. And still a working depot.

This is our dining room after I removed my
computer and put it in Chantelle's old room.

This is Chantelle's old room which is now my
computer/work/reading room. The chair in the
corner with the lamp is now my reading chair.
What you can't see in this picture is her old bed
still made up and sitting in the corner for her
return.
