Well it's been 18 days of no shopping. It's getting harder, mostly psychologically. We know we can go to the store but we arent and so if we crave something we do without. We are nearly out of milk so that means "morning moos", I already ran out of butter and so had to open a can of my canned butter. We have one loaf of bread left and then I will have to make some bread. We won't run out of food but we are having to adjust our eating habits. Nearly out of fresh food, have some in the garden but something keeps eating my lettuce, toms are still green and squash keeps dieing on the vine. Basil is growing great! We are both tired of this but will keep going until the end of the month. Like I said it's now mostly mental.

Good girl, do you want some blueberries?
What a great experiment. . . . .sounds like you are learning lots. It was nice to see you for a minute eat the bbq last Saturday. . . . I think we should hang out once in a while.. . . .if I ever stop running around. Currently I'm in Yuma with Bryce and Anna (dental and optical stuff!) Love you Donna.
I'm so proud of you both!! This is one experiment that I would definitly fudge on. You keep going!! Love ya
I think this should be something that most of us need to try. How else are we going to know if our food storage will work for us. My only problem....Ron.....this would be extremely tough for him to try. Doug encourage Ron for me.
Well I am impressed and ashamed. We do not really have food storage, so want to send me some info on products you really like? I could use some. GREAT EXAMPLE of provident living!! THANKS for sharing!! Taralynn
